I’m an Executive Coach based in Cambridge, supporting leaders and emerging talent who want to grow, shift direction, or lead with greater confidence and impact. I specialise in working with women in industries where they are underrepresented, and with leaders working in sustainability, climate, engineering and innovation. Clients come to me when they want to strengthen their leadership identity, navigate change, build influence, or reconnect with purpose.

My background spans engineering, organisational change leadership and behavioural insight, giving me a deep understanding of technical environments, cross‑functional dynamics and the realities of leading through uncertainty. I’m an EMCC member and ILM Level 7 accredited coach, committed to ethical, evidence‑based practice.
